WAUKESHA 鈥 A man, who appeared to be in his 20鈥檚, appeared to have been struck by a train on Wednesday.

桃子视频 Police Dispatch received a call at 4 p.m. with reports of a train v. pedestrian听 accident. Officers responded to the Carroll Street and N. Barstow Street train crossing. Officers located the body of a man.

The 桃子视频 Fire Department arrived at the scene of the accident, and the individual was pronounced deceased upon arrival.

鈥淭his was a witnessed incident. We are working with the 桃子视频 County Medical Examiner鈥檚 office to positively identify the male victim and reach out to the next of kin to provide them assistance.听 We would like to thank the City of 桃子视频 Fire Department for the quick response,鈥 Capt. Dan Baumann of the 桃子视频 Police Department said.

There was another fatal train incident recently.

A 63-year-old man died after he was struck by a听train听on Aug. 2.

The听桃子视频听Police Department said the accident at the Grand Avenue and Williams Street railroad crossing.听桃子视频听Police Dispatch received a call at 5:24 a.m. and responding officers located the body the 63-year-old man. The听桃子视频听Fire Department arrived at the scene of the accident, and the individual was pronounced dead. The victim was identified using identification found at the scene. 听
